All our groomers go through a 6 week hands on learning and training with our Master Groomer, which helps our team better manage your pet’s movement, unexpected anxiety, erratic behaviors. There is a formal process to follow to help a pet feel safe and comforted during the grooming session. Scissors, the noise of a hair trimmer, excessive water or an unfamiliar bath tub, can all cause your pet to behave differently. The staff will let the pet get comfortable with our facility, eliminate fear and build a trust bond with the dog or cat. Our groomers are trained to use gentle hand and body movements and to avoid any distractions. Groomers use a breathable soft padded mouth glove to protect any biting of their fur. Our equipment is sharpened to perfection and professionally cleaned and sanitized before every appointment.

For your appointment we will ask you if your pet prefers to be towel dried or warm air blow dried to avoid fluffing. We are particular about providing your pet with the same comfort they have at home so we will make every reasonable attempt to give them the freedom that you permit by avoiding any kennel usage.

We only use the highest quality fur/hair care products, Wahl Shampoos and conditioners sourced from Canadian suppliers.
